Houellebecq, a crypto-Guenonian?

I did not buy the last book of Houellebecq but this analysis of the influence of Guenon upon him would almost give me the desire to read it: http://traditionalistblog.blogspot.com/2015/02/houellebecq-and-guenon.html

Even his interview given on the French television the day before the terrorist attack on Charlie Hebdo suggests that the characterization of the book as Islamophobic is rather misleading.

Houellebecq does not seem to be a classical french secularist to say the least and there are definitively echoes of the darkest pages of The Reign of Quantity throughout Houellebecq’s novels.
